About the information on this site

The site gives general information about Frontlines, our services and the areas and developers we work with. It is not an offer to sell or rent any property, and nothing on it forms a contract.

• Prices, payment plans, delivery dates and availability are indicative. They depend on developers and property owners and can change without notice.
• Photography is illustrative and may not show a specific property or project.
• Nothing on the site is legal, financial or tax advice. Please take independent professional advice before committing to a property transaction.

Any agreement for our advisory services, or for a purchase, sale or rental, is made separately in writing, on the terms set out in that agreement.

Developers and third parties

Developer names are shown to indicate who we work with. Their names and trademarks belong to them, and showing them doesn't mean a developer endorses this site. Links to other websites, such as developers, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Google Maps, are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• send false, misleading or someone else's details through our forms;
• use the site to send spam or for any unlawful purpose;
• interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access parts of it you aren't meant to;
• copy or scrape the site's content in bulk.

Intellectual property

The Frontlines name and logo, and the site's text and design, belong to Frontlines Real Estate. Some photography is licensed from third parties. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent Egyptian law allows, Frontlines isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo.
